GHEE: 2.5 tbsp
COCONUT OIL: 1.5 tbsp
COCONUT SUGAR: 3 tbsp
VANILLA EXTRACT: 1/4 tbsp
ALMOND EXTRACT: 2 Drops
RUM: 3 tbsp
ORANGE ZEST: 1 Tbsp
CARROT GRATED: 1/2 C
APPLE CIDER VINEGAR: 1/4 Tbsp
ALMOND FLOUR: 1/4 Cup
GROUND ALMOND: 1 Cup
DATES: 3/4 Cup
BAKING SODA: 1/4 Tbsp
CINNAMON: 1/4 Tbsp
GINGER: 1/8 Tbsp
CLOVE: A pinch
RAISINS: 1 Tbsp
CRANBERRIES: 1/4 C
BLUEBERRIES: 1/8 C
WALNUTS: 1/8 C
NUTMEG: A pinch
Method:
Soak fruit in rum for at least a few days. Cut dates and walnuts into small pieces. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl, mix wet ingredients separately. Add dates and walnuts. Bake in preheated at 130 degrees for 45 minutes and viola!
