Cinnamon and Almond Tea Cake

Ingredients

Honey: 465 gms
Milk: 225 gms
Flour: 325 gms
Baking Soda: 10 gms
Baking Powder: 9 gms
Almond Powder: 38 gms
Almond: 40 gms
Salt: 3 gms
Eggs: 2
Spice Mix: 13 gms
Cinnamon: 40 gms

Method:

Take a large bowl and sieve together the flour and the baking powder. Keep it aside. Heat up honey and milk together and  dissolves completely  Break the eggs and add them one by one. Keep beating the mixture till it is light and frothy.
2Gradually add the flour to this egg-butter and sugar mixture spoon by spoon so that no lumps are formed. Keep stirring to attain a smooth mixture. Add chopped almond almond powder cinemon powder  blend well. Allow the batter to rest for 10 minutes. 
3Now pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Prepare a baking tray by lining it with butter paper. Grease it with oil or butter and dust some flour. Add the batter. 
4Bake at r at 170 degrees Celsius for 25-30minutes.

Christmas Plum Cake

Ingredients

Butter: 140 gms
Brown Sugar: 170 gms
Eggs: 4
Mix Fruits: 600 gms
Refined Flour: 130 gms
Bread Crumbs: 80 gms
Caramel: 40 ml
Baking Powder: 6 gms
Baking Soda: 2 gms
Mix Fruit Jam: 10 gms
Mix Spices: 2 gms

Method:

1Take a large bowl and sieve together the flour and the baking powder. Keep it aside. Now in another bowl mix together the brown sugar and butter, till the sugar dissolves completely with the help of an electric blender. Break the eggs and add them one by one. Keep beating the mixture till it is light and frothy.
2Gradually add the flour to this egg-butter and sugar mixture spoon by spoon so that no lumps are formed. Keep stirring to attain a smooth mixture. Add caremal and spice mix blend well. Allow the batter to rest for 10 minutes. 
3Meanwhile chop the nuts and the prunes finely. Mix in the batter. Beat well again. reserve some nuts that you can put on top of the cake. Now pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Prepare a baking tray by lining it with butter paper. Grease it with oil or butter and dust some flour. Add the batter. 
4Bake at r at 170 degrees Celsius for 25-30minutes.
