Hitchki has a Holi drink called as LIIT STRAIGHT FROM BIHAR which is made of Thandai, Gin, Vodka & Rum and made by Mixologist Ms.Sonali Mullick from Hitchki.
Recipe of LIIT STRAIGHT FROM BIHAR – Thandai + Gin + Vodka + Rum
INGREDIENTS
- 30 ml Vodka
- 30 ml White Rum
- 30 ml Gin
- 30 ml Thandai Syrup
- 60 ml Milk
- 10 gm Pista Flakes
- 100 gms Ice
METHOD
Shake all ingredients with loads of ice & serve
GLASS & GARNISH
- Tall Pilsner
- Pista Flakes
