Actor Aly Goni enjoys travelling, as seen by the numerous photos of his trips that he posts on social media. Jasmin Bhasin and he recently spent 20 days in Europe. He travelled through Europe, stopping in at Ibiza, Paris, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Valencia, and a few more little towns.

We had a great time, the traveller remarks. The top of the list included eating and shopping. Definitely, I’ve put on weight. I don’t really consider it, though. Why would you consider dieting there if you are spending so much money? I put on a few pounds after the trip, and my new goal is to shed 15 of them.

I’ve been on a really tight diet ever since I got back from the trip, too. Speaking further about his passion for travel, he continues, “I have always loved travelling, but it was previously impossible due to Europe’s high cost. I will make an effort to visit at least three to four different nations each year now that I know I can travel and enjoy these locations. And I still have intentions to go on a trip this year. Although I’m planning a solo vacation as well, I don’t believe it will be feasible (laughs). I’ve never gone on a solo trip, but I’m trying. Goni agrees that travel is important.

As actors, we are constantly working, yet when we take a break, we can travel, go anywhere, do anything, and no one will recognise us. You enjoy some quiet time. We may move around easily since nobody knows us outside of India. You get to spend time with special people, try new activities, and learn about other cultures. It revitalises the psyche.

Do you and Jasmin have the same eating options because food is a huge part of travelling?

I’d opine It’s quite comparable. The food was delicious, however, on the third day, we switched back to Indian cuisine (laughs). I also saw that the locals do consume Indian cuisine. Though they enjoy Indian cuisine. And I saw that the natives there do consume Indian cuisine. They adore Indian cuisine, but you cannot obtain a true Indian flavour there because no one there consumes spicy food. Therefore, we used to ask that they make our food a little bit spicier than the standard one.

So are there any specific destinations on your wishlist?

There is no wish list, however, I do want to travel to every great destination on earth. I’ve wanted to visit Amsterdam since I was a child, and I’ve now been there three times. Amsterdam is a destination I always visit anytime I am in Europe. However, if you travel with someone, your plans could occasionally change. “Not really,” responds Aly. It wasn’t like on this trip one person wanted to do something and the other had to do it. We simply used to do whatever it was that we wanted to do and then get together later. We do that every time. We did the same even in the Maldives. She used to go about her morning business while I had my own, and then we would reunite in the evening. In the same manner, when she wanted to go sailing and I didn’t, she persisted and I went on a segway tour.

Jasmin is surely getting the temperature soaring on the Gram with her fitness videos. A recently posted video on Instagram saw the actor engaging in some heavy-duty workout. She did weighted lunges, weighted squats, suspension strap pulls-ups, glute bridge exercises, jumping jacks… That’s a lot, right? Well, that’s our girl!

Her adorable chemistry with her boyfriend, actor Aly Goni is clearly one to die for. Be it her recent airport appearance before they jetted off to London or their super mushy reels and comments on Instagram, #Jasly has our heart!
